01 / THE EXPERIENCE

A concert’s energy.
A party’s freedom.

One venue. A complete night out. Arrive for the photo moments, get close to rising Korean artists, then stay for the K-pop DJ finale. Each edition can refresh the lineup and theme while keeping the format familiar.

01
15 MIN / LOCAL OPENING

Start with
Singapore.

A local artist or band opens the night and connects the format to the local scene.

02
30 MIN / SOLO SHOWCASE

Meet a new
favorite.

Approximately three songs, an artist greeting, a short talk and audience interaction.

03
40 MIN / GROUP SHOWCASE

Turn the
energy up.

Four or more songs, random-play dance, a music quiz, fan interactions and an audience photo.

04
35 MIN / DJ FINALE

The party
takes over.

A locally contracted DJ closes with K-pop hits in EDM remixes, bringing standing and VIP guests together.

Illustrative 120-minute main program. A proposed 60-minute pre-show adds neon photos, VIP gifts, DJ warm-up, merchandise and fan-service zones. Artists and access rules are confirmed per edition.

THE SPACE / THE AUDIENCE

Three zones. One complete night.

Designed principally for Singapore-based K-pop fans, clubbers, university students and trend-conscious adults ages 18-35. Final admission policies are confirmed per edition.

1F / STANDING

Approximately 800 guests

Standing performances, sing-along and fan participation with concentrated lighting, lasers and effects.

2F / VIP TABLES

Approximately 100 guests

Premium sofa/table seating, a welcome drink and a K.F.N.S. special gift set.

LOBBY / FAN ZONE

More ways to participate

Fan interaction, official merchandise and neon photo moments for event hashtags and social content.

Capacity figures and VIP inclusions are planning assumptions from the proposal, subject to the approved venue plan and final package. Full program, marketing plan and add-on pricing are included in the downloadable proposal.

02 / THE COMMERCIAL OPPORTUNITY

Build an audience.
Then build on it.

The opportunity is a series you can sell, operate and improve over time. A consistent venue and format can reduce repeated planning, while new artists and seasonal concepts give fans a reason to return.

01
Tickets & premium access

Standing admission and a VIP table offer for different audience needs.

↗
02
Official merchandise

Edition collectibles and artist-approved products, with rights and inventory agreed in advance.

↗
03

↗
04
Sponsors & collaborations

Develop a repeatable platform for brand activations, campus outreach and seasonal campaigns.

THE SEASON VISION
6 / YEAR

A reason to come back.
Every two months.

A six-edition annual series is the development goal. Launch with two pilot editions, review the results, then agree the pace and economics of a wider season.

03 / WHY PARTNER NOW

Your role can grow
with the results.

We are looking for a Singapore partner who wants to develop K.F.N.S. with us over time. Start with a defined pilot, demonstrate execution, and discuss a larger role as the series proves itself.

Proposed framework for discussion. No exclusivity, ownership, licensing or territorial rights are granted by this page. Any priority negotiation period, performance threshold and territory must be expressly agreed in writing.

04 / COMMERCIAL STARTING POINT

Choose a structure.
Cost the full event.

Two artist-guarantee models from the current Singapore proposal. Final terms depend on the confirmed lineup, scope and contract. These figures are artist fees, not an all-inclusive event budget.

OPTION A / FIXED GUARANTEE
SGD 35,000

Fixed artist guarantee

A fixed-fee starting point for the agreed Korean artist package. Other commercial allocations and rights are defined in the final agreement.

NET NET · LOCAL COSTS ADDITIONAL
OPTION B / BASE + UPSIDE SHARE
SGD 25,000 + share

Lower base, shared upside

A lower guaranteed artist fee with a proposed 30–50% Korean-side share of defined upside. The revenue base, eligible costs and settlement rules need a written agreement.

NET NET · SHARE AGREED BY CONTRACT
Budget beyond the guarantee.Venue, local production, marketing, flights, accommodation, ground transport, hospitality, permits, applicable taxes and transfer charges are additional promoter costs.
How would Option B work?

The proposal links upside to ticket sales exceeding 80% of the agreed venue capacity. It contemplates a 30–50% Korean-side share of defined net profit from ticket net revenue above that threshold, onsite official merchandise and premium fan services. Under the source proposal, the sharing mechanism is triggered once ticket sales exceed 80% of capacity. Its application to each revenue stream, deductible costs, unsold stock, refunds, reporting and payment timing must be defined in the contract. Sponsorship is a separate commercial discussion.

What are the indicative ticket and capacity assumptions?

The current planning proposal assumes approximately 800 standing guests and 100 VIP guests, with standing tickets from SGD 78 and VIP table access from SGD 188. These are planning assumptions, not verified licensed capacity or final prices. Confirm the approved floor plan, capacity, age policy, ticket inclusions and demand before ticket launch.

What travel and payment assumptions are in the proposal?

Working assumptions: approximately 10 touring members; 10 return economy seats from Korea with additional baggage; two nights with breakfast in a 4-star or higher hotel approximately 20 minutes from the venue; six rooms (four twins and two singles), subject to final party size; a dedicated vehicle of at least 12 seats with a professional driver, available throughout the itinerary, with passenger seating and luggage capacity confirmed; SGD 80 per person per day in cash or equivalent premium Korean catering/meals. Green-room provision includes a full-length mirror, garment steamer, drinks, towels and sufficient hospitality supplies. Guarantee payment: 50% on contract and 50% no later than 14 days before departure. Net Net means applicable local taxes, withholding and bank/transfer charges are borne by the promoter, with treatment confirmed in the contract.

05 / BUILT TO BE REPEATED

Korean artist access.
Local market strength.

Glass Dome is the Singapore base venue for this concept. Reusing the setting can make production, fan flow and sponsor placements easier to refine. Each edition still needs its own confirmed booking, approvals and budget.

Korean management / licensor

  • Provide the confirmed Korean artists and touring team for the agreed package.
  • Provide the official setlist, music files, artist images and media assets.
  • Direct agreed performance staging, artist movement and logistics.
  • Prepare passports and visa-supporting documents.
  • Prepare artist-specific equipment and costumes.

O2VERSE coordinates the Korean-side arrangements. The contract identifies the management/licensor and assigns each delivery obligation.

Singapore promoter

  • Lead local sales, marketing, sponsorship outreach and ticketing.
  • Book and pay for the venue; provide local stage, sound, lighting, video, effects and onsite operations in line with the rider.
  • Manage required local permits and performer entry/work arrangements.
  • Contract the local opening act and K-pop DJ.
  • Fund agreed guarantees, flights, hotel, transport, per diem, hospitality, applicable taxes and bank charges; manage reporting and settlement.

The detailed proposal includes the media and campus outreach plan, ticket-platform candidates, recommended security team of 4-6, four sales staff, POS/queue requirements and D-60 to D-1 delivery milestones.

Pilot review should cover paid attendance, contribution after agreed costs, settlement accuracy, audience feedback and delivery. Season terms should reward demonstrated performance without locking either side into unproven economics.
